These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided by T3 Advisors shall be finally resolved by international arbitration, administered by the Centro Empresarial de Conciliación y Arbitraje (CEDCA) of Caracas or, at the election of the parties, by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Spanish, by a sole arbitrator, and the award shall be final and binding on the parties.
