About T3 Advisors
Venezuela has commercial assets trading at a fraction of their value, a commercial real estate market without professional intermediation, and millions of Venezuelans abroad with accumulated capital and a connection to the country. What it didn't have was a professional bridge between both worlds.
T3 Advisors was born to be that bridge. We open access to a market that is closed to outsiders and make it legible: structured information, professional documentation, and a clear process from first contact to closing.

Alejandro Tovar

Decades of experience in commercial real estate and tourism consulting in Venezuela. As director of IETASA and GPS Consultores, he led the financing of large-scale tourism projects and the structuring of commercial asset transactions. His contact network, built over more than 30 years, spans property owners, developers, hotel operators, investment funds, and government entities. That network is the reason T3 accesses opportunities that are not on the open market.
Guillermo Tovar

Economist with ten years of experience in strategic and data-driven implementation consulting, serving international clients in retail, banking, logistics, and financial services. A specialist in technology and artificial intelligence, he is capable of producing investment documentation at the standard institutional capital demands. His profile combines analytical rigor with technical capability, a combination rarely found in the Venezuelan market.
Fernando Tovar

Economist specialized in strategy, business development, and sales operations, with extensive experience in technology startups and in the design of applied artificial intelligence systems. An expert in commercial operations, he can find the sales angle for any asset and communicate it in a serious, professional, and institutional manner. He can reach any domestic or international market and present an opportunity in a way that is credible in any context and before any type of investor.
How we operate
T3 Advisors acts as coordinator of each transaction. Our team produces the materials, identifies counterparties, and manages the process. But each specialty has its professional: lawyers for contracts, appraisers for valuations, auditors for financial reviews, experts for technical inspections.
If the parties already have trusted professionals, we work with them. If not, we make our network available. In any case, T3 coordinates everyone's work so the transaction moves forward in an orderly manner.
