What we need from you

  • Your authorization to present the asset anonymously

What to expect

  • Your asset's identity is only shared after the buyer signs a confidentiality agreement

Full documentation

What we do

  • We prepare a confidential information memorandum — a detailed, transparent document with sources behind every data point

Negotiation and closing

We charge only when the transaction closes successfully.
